Recreation Ground
- To report completion of the legal agreement with the School and to review the situation in respect to opening times of the gate.
- To consider a request from the School to use the Rec. during lunch times.
- Following the resignation of David Fielding to appoint his successor to maintain the play area (job description attached).
- To consider a request from the Football Club, received through the C/Centre Man. Comm., to remove the urinals from the changing rooms to create more space (further information pending).
- To receive a report on the inspection of the trees by Marcus Underly.

Parish Meeting
- To decide whether to hold a Parish Meeting to discuss the future of the Village Post Office & the implementation of Rec. 7 of the Parish Plan - Fund raising comm. (Item 209 a) of previous meeting)

- To receive decisions on previous applications.
- To consider all applications received, which to date are as follows:
- 2/2008/0563 - Full application to erect a detached garage at 16, Homefield.
- 2/2008/0579 – Full application to raise the roof, install 1 No dormer window and roof lights to form additional accommodation in the roof at 15, Melway Gardens.
- To receive a progress report on enforcement action.

War Memorial
- To consider an estimate from VB Lewis Bldg Des Ltd to prepare plans and for consulting with the Local Authorities in respect to evolving a scheme for enclosing the Monument/enhancing the area and to decide how to proceed (possibly thro’ the Planning Com. or a separate committee to be appointed).

- To arrange for the weekly inspection of Council property

- To settle all outstanding accounts, which to date are as follows:
- Nildram - £59.70 – Broadband services from 24 04 08 to 15 08 08.
- Marilyn Peddle - £56.38 – Reimbursement of website fees.
- Accounts & Audit Services - £120.00 – 2007/08 Internal audit fees. (pending)
- DCC – £? - Homewatch signs
- To report settlement of the claim for damage to the War Memorial surround (£30.00).
- To receive a progress report on the 2007/08 Internal Audit.
- To approve the actual v estimated expenditure for the 1st quarter of 2008/09 (copy attached)
