The Child Okeford Centre for Learning
Child Okeford Centre for Care & Learning is now occupied by Child Okeford Pre-School, recently re-named The Ark,and is now fully equipped.
From January 2007, year round childcare is available for children aged 0 - 11 years, between the hours of 8am and 6pm. There are three rooms - a baby room for 0 - 2 year olds, a toddler room for 2 - 3 year olds and a hall for 3+ year olds. Hence there is an after school club and holiday club for school age children.

The Centre is available to hire in the evenings, Monday to Friday from 7pm - 10pm and 10.00am - 4.00pm on Saturday, for adult education, cultural and leisure activities. Currently Art Classes are running on a Thursday and Beginner Computer classes are planned for a Tuesday.
Main Hall of the COCCL
Both the main hall and toddler room can be hired, with full use of the kitchen, which is equipped with a cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher.
The main hall, which accommodates up to 25 adults, is wireless broadband enabled, and will be furnished with brand new laptops, or hirers can bring their own if preferred. The smaller room does not have IT facilities and can accommodate up to ten adults.
