- To consider all applications received which to date, are as follows:
- 2/2010/0101/PLNG – Application to install a solar panel on rear lean-to roof at the Olde House, High Street.
- 2/2010/0103/PLNG – Application to carry out internal alterations at the Olde House, High Street.
- To receive notification that an appeal has been lodged in respect to NDDC’s decision to refuse application 2/2009/0556/PLNG - to erect 1 no. dwelling with detached double garage on land to the rear of the Post Office in High Street, and to decide action to be taken.
- To receive a progress report on possible breaches of planning procedures.
- To consider our response to NDDC’s Draft Housing Strategy 2010-2013.
