  2. To receive a report on establishing the specification of the required remedial works to the War Memorial – Meeting arranged with NDDC’s Conservation Officer on 4th March.

  1. To receive a report on the Play Builder Scheme and to decide any outstanding issues.

  1. To receive decisions on previous applications.
  2. To consider all applications received which to date, are as follows:
    • 2/2010/0101/PLNG – Application to install a solar panel on rear lean-to roof at the Olde House, High Street.
    • 2/2010/0103/PLNG – Application to carry out internal alterations at the Olde House, High Street.
  3. To receive notification that an appeal has been lodged in respect to NDDC’s decision to refuse application 2/2009/0556/PLNG - to erect 1 no. dwelling with detached double garage on land to the rear of the Post Office in High Street, and to decide action to be taken.
  4. To receive a progress report on possible breaches of planning procedures.
  5. To consider our response to NDDC’s Draft Housing Strategy 2010-2013.

  2. To settle all outstanding accounts, which to date are as follows:
    • Jeff Ling - £64.63 – Hedge trimming in the Rec. Ground.
    • COPFA - £142.50 – Hire of Community Centre for meetings.
    • M Murphy - £137.50 – Maintenance of Play Area (4th qtr of 2009/10)
    • J Gill - £872.09 – Salary £750.00 + Expenses £122.09 (4th qtr of 2009/10)
    • D Holdeman - £195.00 - Maintenance of Rec. Ground (4th qtr of 2009/10)
    • GP Gray Cleaning Service - £TBA – Cleaning bus shelters for 2009/10.
    • Wicksteed Playscapes - £? – Stage payment on dely. of play equipment to site.
    • Nildram - £47.98 – Broadband connection 16 02 10 to 15 05 10.
    • Purchase of strimmer - £TBA - as item a).
